Our Policy

For a massage session, feel free to dress however you will feel the most comfortable. Your comfort is very important. However, most massage and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client mostly unclothed for a much greater experience and better results.

For a yoga session, it is best to wear an outfit that will facilitate your movements. Body movements and flexibility are very important during yoga training.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to complete all pre-appointment tasks, ensure your session starts on time, and prevent any unnecessary disruption to the schedule.

Please be respectful and courteous of others in the waiting area.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client not respecting these basic rules.

A late arrival may result in a shortened session to prevent disrupting the next client's session.

A late arrival after the next session has started may result in the cancellation of the session; however, you will still be responsible for the full amount due for the session.

A late arrival may also result in the loss of your position in the walk-in queue.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash · Visa · Mastercard · American Express.

All payments must be made at the time of service, or pre-paid through the online payment gateway at the client's discretion.

Service prices are as stated and are non-negotiable.

Appointment cancellations require advance notice of at least 24 hours.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment: the $25 deposit made at booking will serve as payment received for services. If cancellations after the 24-hour window and/or no-shows continue to occur, the full amount due for the appointment is expected to be paid before any future appointment can be scheduled.

Should anyone who has booked (paid the $25 deposit with 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment) change their mind with no intent to reschedule, they are entitled to the $25 deposit back minus applicable card processing fees.

Illegal use of drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the current session and all future therapist–client relationships.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the current session and all future therapist–client relationships.

In case of a violation of any of these policies, you will still be responsible for the full amount due for the appointment(s). No refunds will be issued.
